柴犬の小皿 Pottery Painting of Shiba Dog
ご依頼いただき、小皿に柴犬をペイントしました。デザインはお任せいただいたので、柴犬の表情は私が一番かわいいと思っている柴犬スマイルにし、和犬なので畳をイメージした模様で囲みました。
釉薬掛け、焼き入れはポタリーペインティングのお店Pottery Patchでやっていただき、綺麗に仕上がりました！
納品はカフェのようにお茶も出来るPottery Patchにて。
完成した作品を見て喜んでいただけたのも嬉しかったですが、私の大好きなチーズを差し入れでいただいたのも嬉しかったです（≧∀≦）♡
In response to a request, I painted a Shiba dog on a coaster. Since the design was left up to me, I chose the Shiba smile, which I think is its cutest expression.
As Shiba dogs are native to Japan, I surrounded the dog with a pattern inspired by tatami mats, the traditional Japanese flooring.
The grazing and firing were beautifully done by the pottery painting shop Pottery Patch, resulting in a lovely finish!
The client and I caught up at Pottery Patch, which also offers coffee and tea like a cafe, to pass the finished work while having coffee. I was so glad that not only did the client love the work, but also she gifted me some cheese, which is my favorite food!!
