オーストラリアからニュージーランドへトレッキング旅行に来ていたご夫婦。
旦那さんの誕生日がもうすぐという事で、奥さんからこっそり依頼されたサプライズプレゼントの絵がこちら。一緒に歩いたトレッキングルートの思い出。
大きな木が印象的で、展望スポットからはビーチが見えて、川を渡る箇所もあるワクワクするようなコース。
身体の前と後ろに荷物を分散させて身につける特殊なバッグは身につけるまでが大変で、毎回苦戦していたのが後からでも笑えるいい思い出。
年を取っても夫婦一緒に楽しめる時間があるって素敵な事！いつまでも足腰丈夫で楽しい夫婦トレッキングを続けてほしいなぁと思ったのでした。
Many people want to give their precious person something special which reminds them of their wonderful memories.
I met a couple who visited New Zealand for hiking from Australia. The wife asked me to draw the husband on the trail where they hiked together. We did this commission work sneakily because the painting was the surprise birthday present for the husband! The trail had a huge tree, beautiful coastal view and exciting river to step across. The memory which he struggled to put on his unique baggage that distributed the weight to front and back every time would bring them smiles even years later. It is good to have fun together when a couple gets old. I hope that they keep a healthy life and continue to enjoy hiking together 🙂
