I don’t know why, but I like huge rocks. The area around Shag Point in South Island, New Zealand has huge boulders and this boat shaped rock I sketched is one of eroded one. How interesting the power of nature that creates such a thing is!
なぜだかわからないけれど、巨大な岩が好きです。ニュージーランド南島のシャグ・ポイント周辺には球（またはドーム）状の巨岩がいくつもあり、私がスケッチした岩は浸食されて船形になったものです。こういうものを生み出す自然の力は面白いですね！
