マツモトサトヤマドアーズ完成予想図 Concept Drawing of Matsumoto Satoyama Doors
I drew a concept drawing of a glamping ground “Matsumoto Satoyama doors” before construction.
When I had a commission to draw it, the buildings had not been built yet and the construction site was raw land, so that I built it in my head based on an explanation by an architect and plans (elevation & layout plan) and imagined people gathering there. Although I had drawn buildings while seeing the real things and pictures many times, this time was my first time to draw a building while seeing only plans. I needed to use my brains a lot to draw it, but I got new technique and confidence after completing it. Also I was excited that I felt like I saw the completed glamping ground before anyone else see it
長野県松本市岡田のグランピング場「マツモト サトヤマ ドアーズ」の施工前に完成イメージ図を描かせていただきました。
作画をご依頼いただいた時点ではまだ施工予定地は更地で、建築士さんの説明と設計図面（立面図、配置図）を元に頭の中で建物を組み立て、そこに集う人達を想像しながら描きました。実在する建物の現物や写真を見ながら絵を描いたことは何度もありますが、図面を元に建物を描く今回の描き方は初めて！脳味噌フル回転で大変でしたが、こういったやり方でも描けるという事がわかり自信になりましたし、施主さんも建築士さんもまだ見ていない完成後のグランピング場を一足お先に覗き見ているようでワクワクしました^^
